Interesting, from what I see here the only talk is about payment.....BUT what about Cost? If 75 is above your cost per visit so be it, but if its below WHY would you take a contract at a loss? I pose that question to ALL Healthcare providers. A loss is a loss. Whether 1 visit or as 40% of a practice...which I call accelerated loss.

we decided to go cash based at our clinic.
We just can no longer tolerate lower and lower reimbursement rates.
It was a decision I had to really work thru but now that we decided I feel good about it and look forward to exchanging quality services for direct payment from clients.
