After the New Patient Course as far as results we didn’t think it was possible to surpass what we already had. We had 80% on arrivals and between 50 to 60% for collections and we thought that we were doing well. And that’s saying a lot because we were having a hard time. It didn’t seem real to us that we could have 95% arrival and collections. But the New Patient Course definitely gave us these things.
