			<description>we decided to go cash based at our clinic.&lt;br /&gt;
We just can no longer tolerate lower and lower reimbursement rates.  &lt;br /&gt;
It was a decision I had to really work thru but now that we decided I feel good about it and look forward to exchanging quality services for direct payment from clients.&lt;br /&gt;

If 75 is above your cost per visit so be it, but if its below WHY would you take a contract at a loss?  I pose that question to ALL Healthcare providers.  A loss is a loss. Whether 1 visit or as 40% of a practice...which I call accelerated loss.</description>

			<description>This is the exact oposite of what they should be doing.  Medicare needs to be bumped up to 67 or 68.  We are living much longer now then we were before and therefore the rules should change.  This or no Medicare past 2018.</description>
